Real estate development firm Thompson Thrift has been named a Top Workplace for 2025 by The Indianapolis Star, marking the third consecutive year the company has received the honor. The company is not a local firm, but does plenty of business in and around Fishers.
The recognition is based on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a survey conducted by Energage, LLC, which measures key aspects of workplace culture, including respect, support, and professional growth.
“At Thompson Thrift, we strive to foster a culture where every team member feels valued, supported and empowered to grow,” said Dan Sink, president and chief financial officer of Thompson Thrift Development. “Receiving this recognition for the third consecutive year reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence and to creating a workplace that attracts, retains and develops top talent.”
Founded nearly four decades ago, Thompson Thrift has invested more than $6 billion in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the Midwest, Southeast, and Southwest. The company is known for its focus on high-quality, community-centered real estate projects.
