Good to be back in Fishers

The past week I have been visiting family out of state, so my blog posts have slowed since I have had limited access to post stories.  Just arrived back in Fishers Tuesday evening and am catching up on a number of things one must handle when away from home a number of days.

I have a lot of catching-up to do on posting Fishers news on this blog so it may take a couple of days to fully get that done.

One last comment.  I could start a bonfire just with the political direct mailings we received while away.

  1. Sadly, most of those flyers don’t tell us WHY we should vote for said candidate –just that they aren’t the other. One party is particularly spiteful in their communication and say they are going to to one thing while having done or said the exact opposite prior to this election.
I’m SO past the hate , vitriol, out-of-state money, non-communication, and lack of being compromising adults, that every single person on each ballot should just be ashamed of the messages they are sending. I really wish there was a “Not any of these people” button (where all candidates are forbidden from running in a newly stocked runoff election) and a “Do Not Retain” for any office where there is no challenger. I feel like I’m forced into the worst of all angles at this point.
